Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. Her most well-known roles include her roles as Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She played Daphne, a recurring character in season two of HBO's show True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her teaching journey began in Maury County teaching Reading to kindergarten and the 1st grade. In 1998, she was married to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones after which she moved to Thompsons Station. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching 4th graders. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued to teach as she was getting her masters in instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped off the teaching side when they welcomed their oldest son Baylor into the family in 2000. Ashley had spent her last 15 years in service to the community and focusing on children's development at the church she went to and within the local community. Ashley has been a leader within the Preschool as well as the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. While Ashley was at home with her family, she spent three years homeschooling. Through their years of home schooling the kids attended a home school-based tutorial, during which Ashley additionally taught History to Kindergarten and 1st grade. Ashley loved being at home with her kids and was a great teacher her children. But, God made it clear that the time was right for them to go back to full-time. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five children. Silas, Eliza and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor a GCA graduate attends and play baseball in UT Martin. Callan is also a GCA Graduate, and he is at Western Kentucky University. This is a very busy family, who love sports, fishing and hunting together.
