A human adult or animal is one that has grown to the fullest extent. If used in conjunction with human beings, the term "adult" can have meanings that are associated with legal or social ideas. Contrary to the concept of a non-adult or "minor", a legal adult is a person who has reached the age of majority, and therefore is considered to be autonomous, self-sufficient and responsible. You can refer to them as"major" or "major". The point at which a person can legally become an adult is 18 years old, however the definition of legal maturity is different based on the legal or country system as well as the state of their mental health.

The period of human development during which mental and physical maturity has been achieved. Adulthood is typically believed to start around the age of 20 or 21. Old age is about 60 years old after middle years. The three phases of adulthood are early adulthood (from mid-30s through late-60s) and middle adulthood, from the mid-30s through late-60s, and finally adulthood, (mid-60s until the time of death). It is the time to complete physical development by the time we reach our early adulthood (20-40s) but height and weight might increase slightly. Our physical capabilities are peaking when we are young adults. This is reflected in muscle strength in addition to reflex time, the sensitivities, and functioning of the heart.
